Spirit Rising Yoga & Healing is a unique studio offering something more....

We decided that something more could be done.... We thought something else could be created.... We felt something greater could be found within each of us, and shared for all of us.

So we created Spirit Rising Yoga & Healing, offering yoga classes in Yin, hatha, vinyasa, slow flow and Ashtanga. Fusing yoga with Reiki energy healing as well as utilizing the creativity of art therapy, we created a sanctuary that can heal the heart, spirit and the body.

Stacey Coffey, RYT and Reiki Master, has studied directly with the creators of each of the many styles of yoga she is certified in—Jonny Kest, Daniel Orlansky, Paul Grilley, and currently with Shiva Rea for her 500-hour certification. Merging these great rivers, her teaching style has evolved to one of great inspiration, liberation and fun, bringing healing not only to the body, but to the mind as well.

We offer many free yoga classes and free weekly workshops and always deliver an abundance of love, compassion and joy.

the best! I want to be a yoga teacher now ;-)

Good Points you feel the difference walking in to this studio! the ambiance is so peaceful! The teacher is so dedicated and caring about me finding what is right for me, not just what she wants to teach. I have really learned how to feel what I need.
Needs Improvement nothing
