Prana del Mar is a luxurious, beachfront retreat and wellness center that places special emphasis on yoga retreats and teacher trainings. Completed in 2009, this deluxe center is situated on 5 rural acres at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula, near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The facility includes 15 guest rooms and suites, a Community building with full restaurant, swimming pool, hot tub, massage rooms, lounges, and a meditation room. There is a separate 1850 square-foot yoga studio with airy palapa-roof, strand-woven bamboo floor, and all props supplied.

With the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to the east, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the desert all around, this is the perfect place to escape for a true retreat setting - serene, tranquil, and plenty of open space.

Prana del Mar offers a deluxe experience not often found at most retreat centers. All of the rooms feature travertine tile floors, custom-made teak furniture, pillow-top mattresses, organic sheets and bath towels, large terraces and balconies with ocean views, organic personal care products, and more. The suites also each have complete stainless/granite kitchens and living room areas.

The center has also made a commitment to environmental sustainability: all electricity is solar-powered, the garden is organic, the pool is solar-heated, all wastewater is treated on-site and recycled to irrigate the xeriscaped gardens, cleaning products are green, and much more.
