Ask Retreat Centre offers international holiday courses and retreats by the sea two miles north of Bergen in Norway. The retreats are guided by Bjarke and Audhild, both educated in the classical/Satyananda yoga and meditation tradition by Swami Janakananda. The retreats include organic vegetarian food and lodging by the sea.
Ask Retreat Centre offers deep weekend retreats, chakra/esoteric yoga, a New Year's retreat, an Easter retreat, a Whitsun retreat and five to 10-day summer retreats in classical yoga and meditation from the Tantric tradition.

A wonderful place to learn yoga and meet like minded people. The food was absolutely amazing, the gardens are beautiful and lush and the yoga is challenging and rewarding.
