See for yourself why NJ Life Magazine named the Princeton Center for Yoga & Health (PCYH) one of the top five traditional yoga studios in New Jersey!
Celebrating its 13th year, PCYH, a yoga and holistic health center, was the first studio of its kind in our area.
Our mission is to provide a warm, comfortable, and inviting environment in which to explore different paths to health, healing, and personal growth.
In two spacious and light-filled studios, PCYH offers a variety of yoga (Kripalu, Astanga/Power, Hot, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Pre-Natal, Mom/baby) meditation, stress reduction programs (including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression), and workshops; monthly concerts, kirtan, drumming circles, and teacher trainings. Also available are various therapeutic and bodywork practitioners (such as therapeutic massage and ayurveda ‘beauty facials’, and chiropractic care). Work-exchange opportunities, gift certificates, corporate programs, stress management, private sessions, workshop/office space rental, ample free parking.
At PCYH, in a relaxed environment, people of all ages and abilities can come together, try something new in their lives, meet new people, and have a good time.

Something for Everyone
I have been coming to the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health for three years now and love the community of people who walk through the doors. It is a very peaceful and enjoyable environment with many different classes and instructors from Kripalu to Power Yoga and everything in between. I especially like the one Yoga for Health as I have some back issues. There are also many different workshops going on at the center all the time and have found many of these to be very enjoyable and enlightening. I would recommend this center to the long-time yoga student as well as a newcomer to Yoga!

Look No Further for the Experience You Need!
I have been practicing at this studio for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for a class! I love the variety of classes and teachers, I love the feeling I get when I'm practicing there, I love that there are so many people - all different - coming together at one Center for themselves. There is absolutely something for everyone here.
