I have been coming to the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health for three years now and love the community of people who walk through the doors. It is a very peaceful and enjoyable environment with many different classes and instructors from Kripalu to Power Yoga and everything in between. I especially like the one Yoga for Health as I have some back issues. There are also many different workshops going on at the center all the time and have found many of these to be very enjoyable and enlightening. I would recommend this center to the long-time yoga student as well as a newcomer to Yoga!

I have been practicing at this studio for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for a class! I love the variety of classes and teachers, I love the feeling I get when I'm practicing there, I love that there are so many people - all different - coming together at one Center for themselves. There is absolutely something for everyone here.
