Central Coast Yoga aims to make the practice of yoga accessible to everyone – from beginner to advanced, young to mature, limited in mobility to highly athletic -- and to help each individual develop an on-going practice that enhances his or her overall wellness.  In doing this, it is important that we nurture a welcoming, comfortable, non-judgmental environment, be attentive to customers’ needs, provide instruction by well-trained and thoughtful, engaged instructors, and make offer a variety of classes creating endless learning opportunities.
