TRIYOGA® TEACHER TRAINING
Kali Ray, internationally acclaimed yogini and founder of TriYoga®, has trained teachers for over 30 years. Kaliji has been inspired (by kriyavati siddhi) to create and develop a complete method of hatha yoga. This includes the systematization of asana and pranayama, and over 1000 hasta (hand) mudras. TriYoga unites breath and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana. The sequences have the inherent characteristics of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion. One experiences the inner flow of prana as the movement of body, breath and focus harmonize. TriYoga is now taught in more than 30 countries. Kaliji has presented over 28 keynote addresses and programs at yoga conferences and other venues worldwide. Teacher training programs are taught by Kaliji and Certified TriYoga Teacher Trainers. Everyone is welcome to attend, from those with no yoga experience to longtime certified teachers. Technique, teaching methodology and practicum hours (150 total) insure that interns can teach TriYoga Basics. In TriYoga's 200-hour program, the intern studies physical anatomy, subtle anatomy, prana vidya (breathing practices, concentration techniques and meditation), yoga philosophy, and choices of vegan diet, nada yoga (yoga of sound), and Sanskrit. Training intensives are offered on a regular basis internationally. TriYoga has 200- and 500-hour certification programs. (See Certification Handbook online)
