Use this week to lock in habits you will love to take home.
A typical day can begin with an early morning beach walk or taking in the sunrise. A healthy breakfast will be followed by the daily nutrition session. Get your metabolism moving with a challenging Power vinyasa class. Enjoy a relaxing lunch, some time on the beach, settle in with a good book or come along on a local excursion. A late afternoon workshop class can help you to illuminate various aspects of your practice. The dinner meal is a chance to socialize with new friends and enjoy fantastic local cuisine. Depending on your mood, choose from an evening activity, or spa services, or get a good nights sleep.
