The director of Amba Yoga, Lesa Kingsbury, is a very knowledgeable and highly competent instructor of the Iyengar tradition. She is a consummate professional offering intimate classes and one-on-one instruction. I am amazed at what she knows and how she shares. I am indebted to her for opening my world to the wonder of yoga.
