Facilitated Healing Center is dedicated to personal growth and spiritual development. Assisting in healing the individual, the community and the planet by raising consciousness and increasing awareness on all levels. Located in central Connecticut, we offer yoga classes for beginners and experienced, prenatal, Mommy and Me, therapeutic, meditation, belly dance, massage, foot reflexology and craniosacral therapies. Also offered are workshops ranging from naturopathic theory to natural health remedies, with an underlying foundation of yoga and yogic principles.
