Infinite YogaYoga Style
Class info
Specialties: Private / Individual, Workshops This yoga sanctuary, designed for local residents to experience yoga and learn to de-stress, is in the heart of San Diego's Little Italy. Leading yoga instructor Dana Rae Pare, RYT, has created a haven in the Arts Complex Building on Kettner Blvd. for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The center offers a pristine yoga practice space, which doubles as an event center for performances, and a small boutique for yoga essentials. Pare, a stunningly beautiful and vibrant teacher, presents Ashtanga vinyasa, the ancient style of yoga that she and many of her instructors have studied in India. This traditional approach is dynamic and leads to very rapid results. There are 22 classes per week, two or more each day, covering all levels from beginner to advanced, even children. Pare creates a safe and secure space for her students through her clarity, compassion, and insight. Her passion for yoga is contagious, and her dynamic presence and evocative instruction carries you to places and levels you never dreamed you would go. She challenges and then moves you beyond doubt into the realm of possibilities. You leave your mat with a confidence that pervades every aspect of your life. "You'll find peace, joy, and clarity of mind at this studio, not just by sitting still and meditating but through hard work, sweat, and intense focus," Pare explains. Peace of Mind0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
I am recent beginner of yoga and though I entered the class with the objective of losing weight, it has completely transformed into being something entirely different. I didn’t even think seriously that a series of movements can have any impact on my anxiety. Now I do yoga as something that is definitely more effective on my peace of mind than on my body.
